USER AGREEMENT, TERMS, CONDITIONS, and PRIVACY POLICY
DistinctID.com is a service provided by DJL Systems, Inc. DJL Systems,
Inc. and its affiliates provide their services to you subject to the following
notices. In addition, when you use any DistinctID.com service, you will be subject
to the rules, guidelines, policies, terms and conditions applicable to such service.
USE OF SITE:
This site or any portion of this site may not be reproduced, duplicated,
copied, sold, resold, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose that is
not expressly permitted by DistinctID.com. DJL Systems, Inc. and its affiliates
reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders in
its discretion, including, without limitation, if DJL Systems, Inc. believes
that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of
DJL Systems, Inc. and or its affiliates.
You take responsibility and will be held liable for inappropriate conduct on
our site by users operating under your account. You are responsible for protecting
your account username and password from unauthorized use.
You will not use any of our site(s) to violate any law. In the event you violate
existing law, we retain the right to terminate all service set forth in this agreement.
In the event we are informed by government authorities of inappropriate or illegal
use of our facilities or other networks accessed through us, we may terminate customer's
service. We will cooperate fully with investigations of violation of systems or
network security at other sites. We will cooperate with law enforcement authorities
in the investigation of possible criminal violations. Customers who violate systems
and/or network security may incur in criminal or civil liability. For clients with
multiple accounts, we reserve the right to suspend all accounts should any one account
violate these terms and conditions.
DistinctID.com is a service that allows you to design and order plastic cards. You
agree to not upload and add copyrighted material or other intellectual property
to your card design without the express permission of the copyright and/or intellectual
property holders. You agree to hold DJL Systems, Inc. and its affiliates harmless
for any potential copyright dispute or any other violation brought about by your
card design or/or use of card. Fradulent use of your card(s) may incur in criminal
or civil liabilities.
DJL Systems, Inc. reserves the right to reject any card orders which they deem
as illegal or inappropriate. Resolutions for rejected orders may include providing
proof of ownership or authority to use possibly protected or official works on your
card. You agree to provide these appropriate resolutions at your expense. Unresolved
card orders will be cancelled within 24 hours or at the discretion of DJL Systems,
Inc.
Fulfillment of a card order does not in any way indicate our acceptance of card
content nor does it grant authority to use the card for any purpose in any
way. DJL Systems, Inc. reserves the right to investigate and report cases of
intellectual property violations or fraud.
You agree to NOT use our site to produce "novelty cards", "fake id's" or any card
which can be used to falsify one's identity or jeopardize the
health,
safety, and welfare of others.
DJL Systems, Inc. enables visitors to its site to post reviews, comments, and
other content to the site. If you post reviews, comments, or other content on the
site, you grant DJL Systems, Inc. and its affiliates a non-exclusive, royalty-free,
perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sub licensable right to use, reproduce, modify,
adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display
such reviews, comments, or other content throughout the world in any media. You
also grant DJL Systems, Inc. and its affiliates and sublicenses the right to
use the name that you submit with any review, comment, or other content, if any,
in connection with such review, comment, or other content. You represent and warrant
that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the reviews, comments and
other content that you post on this site and that use of your reviews, comments,
or other content by DJL Systems, Inc. and its affiliates will not infringe
upon or violate the rights of any third party.
DJL Systems, Inc. and its affiliates respect the intellectual property of others.
If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright
infringement, please contact DJL Systems, Inc. immediately.
ACCOUNT INACTIVITY/ABANDONMENT:
We reserve the right to suspend, archive, or delete accounts, including
any uploaded/generated content, that hasn't been accessed for more than 6 months.
You will be notified via e-mail if your account is subject to expiration. Please
ensure that your registered email address is up-to-date on our website. Logging-in
to the website will keep your account active.
Payed/subscription accounts in good standing are NOT subject to expiration.
CREDIT TERMS:
State and U.S. Government agencies and certain commercial enterprises are
eligible for Net 30 credit terms. Billing is upon shipment of products and payment
due 30 days from the date of invoice. We accept credit cards and checks for
payment.
Net 30 credit terms may be offered to organizations with a solid credit history
and will be required to complete a credit application and are subject to subsequent
approval before such terms are extended.

THE PRIVILEGE OF NET 30 terms is offered to customers who have submitted satisfactory
credit references. Net 30, according to our interpretation, means payment is due,
in our office, 30 days from the date of invoice. Any variation from our published
terms must be requested in writing. All requests must be acknowledged by DJL Systems,
Inc. to be honored. Any past due balance will be charged an annual finance charge
of 18%. Future in-house orders will not be released for production/shipment until
all past due outstanding balances are paid in full and received in our accounting
department, including finance charges. Should it be necessary to refer the account
balance to a licensed collection agency or attorney for legal action, all subsequent
charges and legal fees shall be paid by the applicant.
RETURNS/REFUNDS:
Due to the customized nature of the products offered through this website,
we cannot accept returns for any cards or customized badge accessories. It is the
customer’s responsibility to provide appropriate quality graphics and to proof-read
any text on card designs. Please verify the acceptability of the card design before
ordering.
DJL Systems, Inc. is not liable for typographical errors or misspellings. Please
verify the spelling on your card proof(s), including any names of people or places, before
ordering.
We suggest that you order a single card for proofing purposes
before ordering a large number of cards. The preview image on your screen, particularly
colors and bleed, may vary from the final printed product. To guarantee that
your images or text boxes extend "over-the-edge", be sure to extend them at least
1/8" beyond the border of the card. Conversly, if you do not want
images or text to be "chopped off", be sure to keep them within 1/8" of the border
of the card.
The following items are NOT returnable:
. software
. parts
. cables
. labels, ribbons, print heads, and all other consumables
. TEC and Fujitsu products
DOA/Damaged Goods
For DOA and/or damaged goods, you must contact us within 5 days of receipt. Depending
on the manufacturer, you will be instructed to either return the product to us or
to the manufacturer directly.
Non-Defective Goods
DJL Systems, Inc. offers a 10 day return policy on selected items based on manufacturer
return policies. There are many manufacturer's today that do not offer returns
on their products. There may be a Manufacturer Implied Warranty that is the sole
discretion of the Manufacturer. This is not a DJL Systems, Inc. policy.
ALL Return requests must be made within ten (10) days of shipment date.
Obtaining an RMA Number
To initiate your return, send an email request to
service@djlsystems.com. You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) number before shipping your product. For faster service, please have
the following information on hand when calling for an RMA number: customer name,
invoice number, serial number and nature of the problem.
RMA numbers are valid for ten (10) days only.
Return Requirements
The following defines our Return Policy:
All returns/exchanges will incur a minimum restocking fee of 15-25% (varies by manufacturer
and condition) or $50, whichever is more. The following criteria must be met:

All returned items must have a valid Return Authorization prior to return
- product received without an RMA number or an expired RMA number will be returned
unopened,
|

(b)
|
all original manufacturer's packaging (both inside and outside) must
be returned,
|
|
(c)
|
NO writing on any boxes,
|
|
(d)
|
all manuals, cables, warranty cards, static bag, etc must be included;
just as you received them and
|
|
(e)
|
all product must be clean and without scratches or usage marks of any
kind.

Credit will be issued only after inspection. Items opened and used are NOT returnable
under any condition.
We will refund shipping costs only in the event that the return is a result of our
error.
SHIPPING - RISK OF LOSS:
All items purchased from DJL Systems, Inc. are made pursuant to a shipment
contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you
upon our delivery to the carrier. We can not control and are not responsible
for late or misplaced shipments to you via the United States Post Office,
FedEx, UPS, or other postal carriers. Insured parcel post is available
upon request. We highly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment in
case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof
of delivery for your protection.
PRIVACY POLICY:
Personal information that you enter into our system, including your contact,
shipping, billing, and payment information is held in strictest confidence.
We do not share this information with outside parties without your permission except
to the extent that is necessary to administer the services we offer our Clients
and End-Users or to comply in responding to subpoenas, court orders or other legal
proceedings. We use the information you provide about yourself or others to complete
the transaction for which the information is intended including transacting sales,
shipping a product, or replying to support requests. Finally, we never use or share
the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways or for reasons
unrelated to the ones described above without also providing an opportunity to opt-out
or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the appropriate
use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial
procedures reasonably designed to safeguard and secure the information we collect
online. We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to secure personal information.
Our servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are NOT directly connected to
the Internet. In addition, personnel who have access to our database are trained
to maintain and secure all information.

compilation (meaning the collection, arrangement, and assembly) of all content on

of DJL Systems, Inc. or its software suppliers and protected by U.S. and International
copyright laws. The content and software on this site may be used as an identification
card making service and information resource. Any other use, including the reproduction,
modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display, or performance,
of the content on this site is strictly prohibited without the prior express written
